Who are we?

 

	Mr. W.H. Chu (M.Sc., MBA):  Wan Hon was born in Hong Kong and raised in The Netherlands. After completing his Master’s Degree as a Chemical Engineer at the TU Eindhoven, he worked several years for a Dutch multinational in China. After this valuable life experience, he graduated as an MBA at the renowned Rotterdam School of Management. Wan Hon has managerial experience within three large companies as Quality Manager and Plant Manager. He is our analyst, strategist and people manager.
	Ms. D.C. Ho-Meau-Long (MA):  Desirée is trainer and coach. She has more than 15 years of professional experience as a training consultant for companies and consultancy firms. From 2000 onwards, she works as an independent consultant and coaches working professionals in their personal development. Her specialty is to use humour and enthusiasm to get the best out of the candidate: “What drives people to do something, and why in that particular way?” She considers it an adventure to combine her professional experience and knowledge with her Chinese roots by working for "Course 2 China".
	Mr. A.C. F. Wan (MA): Aaron graduated with a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology. He started his career with a small American company and became International Sales Support Supervisor within a large Dutch bank. After a career switch, he has become an actor, with profound experience in role plays in training environments, including roles as Chinese businessman, negotiator, blue or white collar employee.
